💚 You receive 60 residence points per share and per year. Residence points are valid for 10 years (plus a grace period of 6 months). 

🤝 The next points will therefore expire on 30.06.2029.

📆 A time limit on the validity of your residence points is necessary to plan for accommodation demand. Without such a time limit, points could be saved for any length of time and used collectively.  

🤓 By the way: You can also use your residence points for family members and friends and thus enable them to take a holiday.

Why do my points expire?

A time limit on the validity of residence points is necessary to be able to plan accommodation demand. Without such a time limit, points could be saved and used collectively for any length of time.

In which order will my points be taken?

When you make a booking, the points with the shortest expiry date are always reserved. This happens automatically and is technically stored so that you don't have to worry about it.

How can I sell my points?

You can sell your points here. Select the points with the shortest expiry date and the number of points you want to sell. Determine your EUR price per point. It is best to base your points price on the market value on the points platform. This will give you the best chance of selling your points.

How can friends or families travel with my points?

The booking process is the same as when you book for yourself. After booking, you can simply fill in all travellers in the "Who is coming?" field under point 2 of "Complete registration form". That takes care of everything.

How can I transfer points to Hapimag members?

Online in your membership area, go to "Transfer points", select your points and enter the member number of the person who should receive your points in the search field. This member must have an open purchase rate.
